Especially now, with so much out of our control, taking classes at Studio Cirq helps me feel like I can at least control something - my health and my fitness. The high standard of teaching, the calm retreat of the studio and the flexible class schedule make it easy for me to know that I’m doing the best I can for myself.

Liz O'Donnell - SMS Management

I have been coming to Studio Cirq for several years now and in that time it has become much more than a place to regularly do exercise. The great value group classes have provided a much needed excuse for me, my friends and work colleagues to meet up and have fun getting fit together. Instructors are always energetic and willing to adapt exercises to the individual's needs and capabilities, and staff, always friendly, provide excellent service. I look forward to coming to Studio Cirq for a while yet!

Rachael Seeto, ANZ Bank

I started pilates at Studio Cirq because they offered courses and lunchtime classes at better prices than anywhere else I could find. I keep coming back because the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and the teachers are fantastic. It doesn't matter what class I turn up to, the teachers are all friendly, helpful, instructive and knowledgeable and always prepared to help and answer any question. It's a great place to be and it keeps me sane!

Josephine Murfey - Hall & Wilcox

From the fabulous teachers and friendly staff, lovely location, delightful design and superior bathroom products, to the convenient class times and scope of services, there's nothing much not to love about Studio Cirq.
